What is digital citizenship?

Digital Citizenship can be defined as the safe, ethical, responsible, and informed use of technology. (US Dept. Of Ed.) There are many factors we must learn and follow in order to become a responsible digital citizen. Technology is a tool that connects us all and therefore, we must all think SMART!
